1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their Foodtro subscription at any time by contacting our support team or submitting a cancellation request through official communication channels.
2. Cancellation Effective Date
Subscription cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Customers will continue to have access to subscribed services until the billing period expires.
3. No Refunds for Current Billing Period
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. Foodtro does not provide partial, prorated, or unused-period refunds for active subscriptions.
4. Setup Fees & License Fees
Any setup fees, onboarding charges, software license fees, mobile application fees, implementation fees, platform activation fees, or one-time purchase fees are non-refundable once the service setup process has started.
5. Custom Development & Integrations
Custom development services, API integrations, third-party integrations, design customization, feature enhancements, migration services, consulting services, and other professional services cannot be canceled once work has commenced and are non-refundable.
6. Data Retention & Access
Following subscription cancellation, customer access to the platform may be suspended or terminated at the end of the billing period. Customers are responsible for exporting and backing up their data before their subscription expires.
Foodtro may retain customer data for a limited period solely for operational, legal, security, backup, or compliance purposes.
7. Reactivation
Canceled subscriptions may be reactivated subject to current pricing, service availability, and applicable setup or onboarding requirements.
8. Service Suspension
Foodtro reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in accordance with our Terms of Service, including but not limited to policy violations, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or unlawful use.
9. Policy Updates
Foodtro reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
