Foodtro provides software products and services that are configured, customized, and deployed specifically for restaurant businesses. Due to the nature of digital software services, all payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated, configured, delivered, or development work has commenced.

By purchasing or subscribing to Foodtro services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. We strongly encourage all customers to review product features, demonstrations, documentation, and requirements before making a purchase decision.

2. Service Assurance

Foodtro is committed to delivering the features, functionality, and services described in official product documentation, sales materials, and product demonstrations provided prior to purchase.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds are generally not available for software licenses, setup services, implementation services, subscriptions, or digital products. In exceptional circumstances, Foodtro may review requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

4. Customization & Development Services

Any custom development, feature enhancements, design modifications, integrations, branding work, or other customer-requested services are considered custom projects. Payments made for these services are strictly non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Services

Foodtro may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, email services, mapping providers, hosting services, and other external platforms. Fees paid to third-party providers are outside Foodtro's control and are non-refundable through Foodtro.

6. Compatibility & Customer Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their business requirements, devices, hosting environment, domain setup, payment gateways, and third-party services meet the necessary technical requirements. Refund requests based on compatibility issues or unmet third-party requirements will not be accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Subscription Services

Subscription fees, hosting fees, maintenance fees, support plans, and recurring service charges are non-refundable once billed. Customers may cancel future renewals according to the applicable subscription terms.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Foodtro before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, service termination, and recovery actions where permitted by law.

9. Policy Updates

Foodtro reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
